Wow what a finish… Wantagh faced off against the MacArthur Generals their cross highway friends in a thrilling semi- final finish that saw the Warriors losing 22 to 18 going into the 170 match as Chris Loew pinned his opponent followed by wins by Sean Tomlinson wrestling up at 220 lbs. and a cluth pin by Senior C0-Captain Steve English to seal the win and send the team into the finals where the won against the Long Beach Marines 42 to 18. I must say that MacArthur is a very good team that has many outstanding young wrestlers. It was a great match that had more than a few fans getting their heart rate and pulse up as well as a heavy sweat to say the least.
